Welcome to Petiht. These Terms of Use (also referred to as “Terms and Conditions” or “EULA”) govern your access to and use of our services, website, mobile applications, and related platforms. By creating an account, downloading our app, or using Petiht in any way, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use Petiht.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Petiht, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Petiht reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Petiht after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate information, use Petiht lawfully, and not engage in fraud, harassment, spam, or harmful conduct. Petiht may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

3. License to Use the Service

Petiht grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, circumvent security, scrape the service without permission, or commercially exploit Petiht without written authorization.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Petiht a license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the service, consistent with your privacy settings and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to post it.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding, and materials on Petiht (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Petiht. Unauthorized use is prohibited without written consent.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

Petiht processes personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Petiht, you consent to that processing.

7. Paid Services, Wallet Balance, and Pro Membership

Petiht may offer Pro Membership, wallet balance for in-app digital services, and other paid features. Prices and availability may vary by region and platform. Wallet credits are for use within Petiht only, have no cash value outside the platform unless required by law, and are non-transferable unless we allow otherwise.

8. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions and Apple In-App Purchases (iOS)

If you purchase Pro Membership or other subscriptions through the Apple App Store on iOS, these additional terms apply:

• Title and length: Each subscription is identified by its plan name and billing period (e.g., monthly or yearly) as shown in the app before purchase.
• Price: The subscription price (and price per billing period) is displayed using Apple’s localized pricing at the time of purchase.
• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. Renewal charges may occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trials: If offered, trial terms and conversion to a paid subscription are shown before you subscribe.
• Cancel: Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your Apple device. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.
• Restore purchases: Use “Restore Purchases” in the app where available to restore eligible subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.
• Refunds: App Store purchases are subject to Apple’s refund policies. Contact Apple Support for billing or refund requests.
• Account: Pro benefits apply to your Petiht account after purchase verification. Billing is through your Apple ID.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Petiht is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petiht shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Petiht in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater, except where prohibited by law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Petiht operates, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country require otherwise. Contact us first to resolve disputes in good faith.

12. Termination

Petiht may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using Petiht at any time. Canceling an App Store subscription does not automatically delete your Petiht account.

For questions about these Terms or your account, contact us through the Petiht app or website. For Apple App Store billing or refunds, contact Apple Support.

14. Apple-Specific Acknowledgment

This EULA is between you and Petiht, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no support obligation, and is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
