1. Digital Gifts

Users may send virtual gifts to content creators as a form of support and appreciation for posts created on the platform, including AI-generated content.

Digital gifts have a monetary value but are considered non-refundable digital items once sent.

All gift transactions are final unless required by law.

2. Revenue Distribution

When a user sends a digital gift:

• 10% of the gift value is retained by the platform (petiht.com) as a service fee.

• 90% of the gift value is credited to the creator who received the gift.

The platform fee covers:

• Hosting costs

• Payment processing fees

• AI generation costs

• Platform maintenance

• Security and moderation

3. Creator Earnings

Creators who receive gifts may accumulate balance in their account wallet.

The platform may require:

• Identity verification

• Payment verification

• Minimum withdrawal amount

• Compliance with local laws

before allowing withdrawals.

The platform reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal if fraud, abuse, or violation of terms is suspected.

4. Prohibited Use

Users may NOT use the gift system to:

• Launder money

• Send gifts to themselves using multiple accounts

• Artificially increase earnings

• Abuse the reward system

• Violate any law

Accounts involved in abuse may be:

• Suspended

• Banned

• Have balance removed

• Reported to authorities if required

5. No Guarantee of Income

The platform does not guarantee that creators will receive gifts or earn money.

Earnings depend on:

• User activity

• Content quality

• Platform rules

• Community engagement

6. AI Generated Content

Content created using AI tools on the platform may receive gifts, but:

• The platform owns the AI service infrastructure

• The creator owns the post they publish

• The platform may remove content that violates rules

7. Changes to Fees

petiht.com reserves the right to change the platform fee percentage at any time.

Users will be notified before changes take effect.

8. Refund Policy

Digital gifts are virtual items and are normally not refundable.

Refunds may only happen if:

• Required by law

• Payment error

• Fraud detected by the platform

9. Acceptance of Terms

By sending or receiving gifts, you agree to these terms.
